Was a long 3 day weekend and idle hands mean food for me. I was doing so good last week I was down 1.5 pounds on friday and I guess I let it go to my head. I ate everything this weekend, caramel apples, tootsie rolls, pizza, cinnamon rolls and a half pint of Ben and Jerrys caramel ice cream.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week
