decreased diet to 1500 calories till I hit goal weight and eating a glutein free diet. Have to watch sugar intake. I think pancreas isn't working rite.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
