Saturdays are always difficult for me. I enjoy watching college football and when my team wins big, well, I drink some tequila, get hungry and then start to cheat on my diet. Instead of 2500 calories, yesterday I had 3200. I'm happy my weight only went up 0.1 lb. It could have been worse. Today, I'll do better.
231.8 lb Lost so far: 30.3 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
