Official weigh in and I have maintained it 😁 especially after the weekend which included a cheese burger, chips, some chocolate and a bit of chow mein😊 everything in moderation.

Want to start a bit of strength training so maybe that will push the number up a bit which isn't cool as I'm number obsessed 🙈
127.9 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hope so 😁 but I honestly think it is because I kept the other meals low carb. That is the way I try do it. I will still have what I enjoy but try balance it out. I spoil myself a bit more on weekends so it's normal for Monday (weigh in day) to be a bit higher. It's tough though.
