I have picked myself off the floor and started back on my walks. I have been going on 40 min walks with my boyfriend and our dog. I find I have some energy after my walks but it doesn't last long. I want to get back into skipping but I need to find an area around the house somewhere, where it is quiet and that there is nothing in the way. I'm also trying to get back into my yoga, at the moment I can barely get through one set.
