Today, I had a molar extracted, so no solid food for the day. I am good though, I have plenty of protein powder. I had a really two really bad binge on Tuesday night. It started as an innocent before bed snack of vegan jerky. That was my down fall. The unanmi flavor sent my taste buds into over, and I proceeded to eat 800 calories, which I logged. I then I was up again and did some heavy damage, which I did not. I spent the entire therapy session the next day on my relationship with food.
259.6 lb Lost so far: 37.9 lb.    Still to go: 89.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
