I haven't lost much actual weight but for the first time I felt fit and toned! Have def noticed muscles in arms from circuit training and feel less bloated. Mentally feeling so much better... Confident again! It's amazing the difference 2.5 weeks in. After last week, not really losing weight I felt guilty for not trying harder and having a lot of drinks if the weekend, but I'm glad I chose to just continue on as if I was starting from scratch again rather than give up. It's nearly a habit now to exercise at least an hour every day and watch what I eat
