Pleased - after a reasonable week.
160.8 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1575 kcal Fat: 41.48g | Prot: 72.18g | Carb: 222.30g.   Breakfast: 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Tesco Swiss Style Muesli, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Grapes, Flora Light, Toasted White Bread. Lunch: Bananas, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Tesco Fusilli, Mayonnaise (Low Calorie), Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner: Aldi Creme Caramel, Green Peas (Frozen), Tesco Baby New Potatoes, Mackerel. Snacks/Other: Tyrrells Sweet & Salty Popcorn, Marshmallows, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Crownfield Müsli Haselnuss+Mandel. more...
