I am so excited to see the scale going down! Praise God!! :-) I am still trying to figure out everything with my new program/lifestyle and know when I get it all figured out and into a routine that I can see those numbers keep falling!! It has been a stressful and emotional week as well and I feel happy that I didn't stop for fast food or visit the bakery to help me through. :-)
