I drank too much and am incredibly hung over. Pretty sure that loss was all water weight. 10 lbs ago I had no problem finishing a whole bottle of wine and a few beers. Lesson learned, I guess.

163.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I am with you. My husband and I joke about a gift her gave me for x-mas. Its a wine glass that holds a 1.5ltr of wine. It says "Mom's Sippy Cup". I have only had 1 shot of vodka in my 2.5 weeks dieting and I got so sick. Enjoy being a cheap date and the weight loss

OMG, you poor ladies. Yes, the dieting really cleans up your system. No gunk and junk to absorb the alcohol. At least, that's what I've told myself. :-)
