5 days and the scale has not budged even 1/10th of a pound again! And I have not cheated even a little bit...BUT since that nasty time of the month is approaching I am holding onto the idea that may have something to do with it. Movement on the scale is such a motivator that NON movement is so frustrating...but I keep telling myself the alternative is not acceptable (to give up, that is!) I might not make my goal in time for our trip to Hawaii but I can still lose more and feel better :)
