My God 😭 This is the new peak of my fatness (a term that my husband coined a few years ago for himself 😂) I've never ever EVER been above 90kg before. Feeling ashamed.
I've been putting off recording my weight for a while because I just feel bigger and heavier, I just wanted to get it a bit lower before I weighed myself... But I can't deny reality any longer. Here we go... Hoping that admitting this to myself will help me to regain some control.
