I think I may stop doing daily weigh-ins. I think my weight this morning was affected greatly by my water intake during my exercise. I know I am losing fat because my belt is gradually getting looser. Weight training is probably affecting me a bit as well.

As long as I continue to lose fat, I don't really care what I weigh.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
