This is first thing in the morning after oatmeal/ground beef & beans/ apple & tuna day, following the plan.

Weigh tomorrow morning to assess change after eggs/apple & peanut butter/ chicken, rice, broccoli day.

I'm interested in these for how those meals may affect day-to-day variations.
277.9 lb Lost so far: 53.1 lb.    Still to go: 55.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
