Have been on holiday and managed to maintain a no added sugar or snacks regime and stayed the same, very happy. Would have been nice to drop some weight, but have drank the odd glass of wine so cannot complain.
212.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 65.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
