My bodies hydrated again after a few days off with covid and not drinking as much watwr and working out. Workout tonight should bring it down again being fully hydrated again. Loving the progress.
344.8 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 79.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
