And 178 again. It was kind of close to 177 but I didn't want to put that down in case I'm not really 177. I have a spring scale and it gets hard to read hovering 5'7" above the tiny numbers. Hrm, maybe if I wore my glasses while weighing I could get a better look. Feeling a bit nausious today, Sean is too, but not puking or achey. Just tired and feeling icky. Maybe it was dinner last night, maybe I didn't cook the fish long enough or it was starting to go bad. I kind of doubt it, but who knows.

Time for a nap until they call me about my car. So much trouble for it.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
