I have struggled soooo hard with my weight over the past year. It's time to change all of that! Not only am I amping up my workouts, but I'm about to test for my red belt. I have officially finished writing my creative form and therefore have all of the tools to test. I just need to get this one kick down to perfection and I'm all set!
