For some reason I’m losing weight really quickly this week. Still eating about 1500 calories daily and getting some, but not a lot, of exercise in. No complaints, but it’s funny since weight loss has been so slow for me, especially lately. The main thing that's difference was going off a medication, so maybe that's it? Whatever the case, I like this change and hope it keeps up!

Feeling very stressed today because I have a job interview later this afternoon… I like my current job but I was only guaranteed a year of work and then they may not be able to keep me on due to budgeting/workload coming in. I’m about 7.5 months in at this point. I wasn’t planning on applying anywhere until closer to the end of the year, but this new job just kinda fell into my lap. I applied on a whim a couple days ago and now they want an interview. It’s more along the lines of the type of place I want to work long term, but I feel bad leaving so soon here… so we’ll just see what happens. If I don’t get the job I won’t be too disappointed. And I don’t even know if I would accept an offer… the whole situation is stressful. And I hate interviews. Luckily I've been too busy all day at work to have the option of stress eating!
156.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
