Holy Cow! Reached a mini goal of 140. 5 pounds to go. I lost 3 pounds this past week. Always surprised! 135 is my goal, although the program I am on says that my target weight is 124. Haven't been at that weight since high school or possibly college. We'll see. I'm happy to be back at 140!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
