Okay, so after reaching an all time weight high, and feeling like crap about myself, I decided to find what worked for me to loose the weight. These past two weeks I decided to eat 4-5 small meals & 1 reasonable meal each day. The small meals are 2-3 hours apart. less than 200 calories each, and contain 10-14g protein. The main meal can be whatever I crave BUT portions smaller than I would normally stuff myself with to feel emotionally full.

The smaller meals include 2-3 protein bars of different brands and flavors throughout the day, with nuts, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, meat & cheese roll ups, etc for the other small meals. So far so good ;o) I have lost 6lbs and am feeling more in control of my body. I don't like that I am still eating a lot of processed food (protein bars, lunch meat, hot dogs) but will look into protein meals / snacks under 200 calories to substitute for them in the future.


215.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
