Finally! 30 pounds down. First, getting down to 269 was a milestone I was looking forward to having less than 100 pounds to lose was a big deal. Now, I have lost 30 pounds, another step. I wanted to be at 255 when D arrives in October, but that is only 29 days away (who's counting?), so 260 is probably more realistic. I had a set back a few days ago when I had a couple. of 2000 calorie binges in the middle of the night. I've found. a solution to that problem, so I am not having any issues with that any longer. My big problem now is weighing myself everyday and logging it. It shows the incremental loss of about 2/10 of a pound a day. It is discouraging to see such low numbers, but they are significant if I was weighing myself only 1x a week, or no more than every 5 days. So, that is one new habit I have to break. Ready for a good day today!
267.6 lb Lost so far: 29.9 lb.    Still to go: 97.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
