I did a lot of exercise yesterday... In addition to changing the shake from brekkie to dinner and eating about 75% of daily intake, the weight is flying off at the moment :) I'm also already starting to feel lighter and fitter. Down to 65.9 today and I wasn't hungry at all yesterday. I'm finding after lunch snacking the hardest to avoid, but I'm going strong! 3 weeks and the habit of crap eating will be gone and I'll hopefully have dropped to 64 before I get rid of those difficult 4 kg
