Actually picked up 4kg and not only 2, but I have started again since Monday and have lost 2 of the 4kg already. Wish me luck for the next 20!
216.7 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
