Não estou conseguindo me controlar nos doces. Acho que até engordei. Medo de pesar!!!

At the top of FatSecret click on Foods, scroll down and click on Sweets, Candy & Desserts, scroll down and click on Candies. You can look at the nutrition of some popular candies. They are not good for your health! Try to limit the candy to one piece a day. I buy sugar free candy and one piece might be 5 to 30 calories. It is hard candy. The softer candies have fat in them that increases the calories.
