Dear Self, another week down and another loss, but in saying that it is what it is, the little wins don't define the end result, as people win battles but loose wars, remember the direction you are heading, it's the right one, you are guided by yourself, your dedication and God, there may be hiccups and setbacks, just like life but remember your goals, don't care what people say or think, they are not me and we all have a story. Keep exercising and eating right, if that waivers jump back on that horse, don't make one bad meal into two, desire drives dedication...
Goals for this week 1. Exercise more 2. Eat more protein less Carbs 3. Perform random acts of kindness to a stranger 4. Be happy
