Thank you, shirfleur! Self- control comes easily to me; if I do say so myself. However, letting go of control... let's just say, I'm working on it. Control is a "thing" for me. When I feel like my world is Topsy-turvy, I tend to either want to control myself or control others. When all else fails, I try to escape. Controlling what I eat is a survival tactic.. it calms me down. But if I'm not paying attention, the control thing gets the best of me. I don't want to try and control others and escape can be all kinds of ugly...
