Ate a LOT smarter this weekend, didn't really cut my beer intake though, I really gotta cut that down.

No real damage done I suppose.

This week is back to the normal game plan.

Circuit in the morning, breakfast, work, lunch, work, dinner, sleep, repeat.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
