UGH! Took a week off due to make a delicious, delectable 6 layer cake for my wifes birthday. Back on the horse. Didn't make this months challenge butwill make it up next.
278.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
