wow! it's like 2 weeks of hard work has suddenly just decided to drop. I'd like to believe that number, but I am a little sceptical. Wonder what will happens next week .
128.3 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
