Even with a once-weekly, intervening "free day," I lost 1 pound from last week.

I'm moving the upcoming free day from today (Saturday) to Monday to accommodate the holiday.

My daily macro consumption over the past week is:

101 g Fat
192 g Carbs
173 g Protein,

for daily caloric intake of 2370.

I am having success adhering to my meal plan. Mint boiled in water with lemon is my go-to drink between meals in the afternoon and after supper in the evening.
279.1 lb Lost so far: 51.9 lb.    Still to go: 57.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
