Finally back home. Worked some insane hours; any thoughts of dieting went out the window. Couldn't possibly tell people I need to take time to work out when they have been stacking sandbags all day. In the grand scheme of things, people have lost their home, livelihood, etc. and I only gained a few pounds, so really no right to whine. Will start eating right again today.
