I've fallen off my perch, have fallen weak to binges, I guess this is because I have starved my body for so long it can't take anymore. My health has depreciated. I have decided to go a different approach and see what works best, this number will go down and only be allowed up by muscle gain. I do hate myself for this but will not give up. For the record don't fall for McCafe banana bread, it tastes delish but it's 500-600 calories and I never realised til now and will not be touching it for a very long while.

I am open to suggestions from everyone as I want to get back on my horse and keep riding.
134.7 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I've been looking at people's food journals who are successful and doing well. Maybe you'll get some ideas from that. Good luck.

Also someone the other night was using these for binges http://howikis.com/Make_a_fat_bomb_for_your_weightloss It looks unbelievable to me that it would work, but then I'm not adhering to keto or atkins so I have no idea.
