Day 16 of fasting (start 17th August) with very slight food intake started in the last 5 days (lettuce, extra virgin olive oil, green olives, carrots) that dont exceed 200kcal a day. Down 8kg which seems quite real (fat mostly not liquid only). I dont feel hunger, watching other people eat doesn't irritate me anymore. Full control, full of power, full of mental clarity. Would like to continue till at least 81kg or even 79kg or maybe forever just slightly increasing food intake when i want to.
202.6 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
