I gained a pound this week. A small bummer, but really I am not surprised, and not being harsh on myself. I'm proud of my 11 (now 10) pound loss, and this past week, injured my hip, so was very inactive. Also, my sister was visiting, and we had a couple of special meals. One in which I decided to celebrate my weight loss, and eat whatever I wanted. The amazing Italian restaurant serves homemade pizza. Three slices of this small pie probably added the pound I'm seeing today! Here's to recommitting and getting back to the gym as my hip heals up...
