This is my current weight! My husband said it’s cheating on weight in if I don’t but the gain 😂 so I was obedient

232.4 lb Lost so far: 26.3 lb. Still to go: 57.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.9 lb a week

Fs took off my last weight In maybe because I did 2 in a day. But I gained 7 lbs I lost 3 after a short fast and I’m going to start my 20/4 back
