I really blew it today, went to lunch with Amy I had a salad with chicken and egg vinegar only had celery tomatoes romaine lettuce I also ate a whole wheat roll with butter ,, then I went to a fish fry and had an ounce of baked salmon 12 shrimp, a bite of a cookie and celery sticks I made some sweet tea when I got home and I'm drinking that too I feel like I'm going to blow up, I AM wanting to do some emotional eating I'm very emotionally distressed right now over a man I'm sure. Yes that's true it's the Steve thing is f****** me up. I'm going to get skinny I don't need that s*** I'm doing this for me
147.8 lb Lost so far: 82.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
