A slow week for weight loss. Hanging steady at 273.2 for 5 days now. Those two late night binges did more harm than I originally thought. I simply have HAVE to get over that 270 hump. Hopefully by Saturday of next week I will. Then I can worry about 260. There is something special about 269. whatever. It will mean I "only" have 100 pounds to go.
273.2 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 103.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
