I got sick and didn't work out Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Today I just did the elliptical with almost no resistance. Not working out means I emotionally eat because I don't have happy endorphins. Hopefully I'll get back on track and feel better quick. I was doing really well, and this is discouraging.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
