Sounds like it could be rough, but based on what you’ve accomplished so far, I think you’re gonna be alright!

You can totally do this! I am in the same boat kind-of; new schedule requiring better self-management. What’s your plan?

The plan revolves alot Around meal prep. I will have a full week's worth of chicken grilled up for lunch everyday ahead of time and plenty of stuff to make salads to go with it. Pre packaging weighed out snacks of sliced up cucumbers and baby carrots. Weighted out fruit portions ahead of time. As well as bringing an emergency dinner with me each day incase I get held out in the field before I make it back home. My wife is going to have dinner ready to go as soon as I get home incase I get called right back out which usually ends up being the case. Workouts will have to be a mindset of get as much in as possible in as little time as possible and accepting that a partial lifting session is still better than nothing and not to let it discourage me. I'll focus on prioritizing my compound lifts first. Stress wise I know going Into it that I will have plenty of cash rolling in so that will at least put my mind partially at ease. It's still really going to suck and all the planning in the world can go to shit very quickly once I get completely sucked of energy. The weeks are not spread out evenly and I have 3 different times where I will be on call 2 weeks in a row which will be brutal.

I celebrate that you are at goal. And spending the energy to stay there. Your schedule must be brutal. Take care.

Doogle1 thank you and your right I got this I know what I'm getting myself into my head space is different and that will be what gets me through it all.

sugarplum_ I'm still pushing to drop some more fat and continue to gain more muscle but I am finally comfortable in my own skin where I am now. Speaking of skin the loose skin has been tightening up and I couldn't be happier about that because it was increadibly discouraging after putting in the work to not be happy where I ended up. Anyway thanks for your support I know I'll survive it just hope I can also thrive through it.

Ugh. I used to have to work on call. Hate it. Good luck!

I can empathize with the on call demands. I worked a high stress job on call 24/7 for years. It sucks the life out of you even if you love the job and the people. It contributed to my health issues. I am Thankful that you are doing so well in spite of the demands! Sounds like you have a great plan to meet your needs.
