Keidrake's Journal, 24 August 2022

Weight was maintained from yesterday. Having a greek yogurt smoothie this morning with Nectarine and watermelon. Might have gotten some side-eye from my husband with the blenderater going while he was on a work call. >.> oops. But its so good. lol I did add some sucrose drops to sweeten it as well. This is probably my last watermelon of the season, since summer is approaching the end.

Had some soreness from the chiropractor last night, and ended up with muscles spasms in my left leg and lower back. I couldn't get to sleep so I ended up taking a muscle relaxer around 11:30/ll:45. According to my fitbit, I'm running on 5hrs of sleep.

Today, I'm going to take it easy. 6000 step goal for the day, stretching and exercise from the physical therapist, and just my general Wednesday run around with the kids. Dinner tonight will be left overs, or some kind of remix of left overs.

Easy day for me motivating my teenager too. She's working on a diorama of the carbon cycle, and she decided it was going to be Jurassic Park themed. lol. I'll post a pic of it when she gets done, should be pretty awesome. We're dinosaur fanatics, so there are tons of figurines and things floating around the house. We raided the 5yr old's toy box too since she wasn't home. Science meets art project.
