Oh Memorial Day, its taken me all week to work you off and I'm still not there yet. Salt, Salt and more Salt, not enough water and I'm heavy.
242.6 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
