Slow and steady wins the race sucks when you want to lose it all right now. I might be dancing around 220 now, but better than dancing around 223!

Started adding flax seed to my diet. We'll see how this goes.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
