still shrinking, slowly but surely
195.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1669 kcal Fat: 35.53g | Prot: 112.92g | Carb: 212.65g.   Breakfast: Brooklea Protein Yoghurt. Lunch: Sainsbury's Grated Mozzarella, Aldi British Skinny Beef Meatballs 5% Fat, Aldi Penne Pasta, Tesco Onions, Morrisons Tinned Tomatoes. Dinner: Bramwells Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Aldi Plain Tortilla Wraps , Aldi Tikka Chicken Breast Slices . Snacks/Other: Nestle Blue Riband, Kit Kat Kit Kat, Aldi Protein Bar, Lurpak Spreadable Lighter (10g), Kingsmill 50/50 Bread Thick. more...
