Stayed at 1000 calories for two days, and yes, do move around and do housework, or gardening. I already feel a difference with the 5 or 6 pounds I've lost so far. Tomorrow I may have a full breakfast or a full lunch. :)

Hi. Everyone chooses their own plan for weight loss. I do recommend speaking w your doctor or dietician about your caloric minimum. Most adults should not regularly consume less than 1200 daily. Wishing you well

To EmmaLeanAgain. This will not be the norm, but just necessary for at least a couple of weeks. I love food, and the only pleasure left to this old broad. The holidays are around the corner, and don't want to miss out. I need to lose this weight as my body was starting to suffer from so much of it. Thank you for the advice.
