I finally feel like I'm getting a handle on my weight. Decent breakfast and a light lunch (fruit or salad) leaves me enough calories for a decent dinner with my son. Then no snacking. Seems to be working as long as I can keep it up.
130.5 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
