I don't most of the time if I'm honest 😒 but I'm really trying to do exercise instead to bump up some endorphins rather than reaching for food

Maybe you could have healthy snacks around that are kind of naughty but not very bad calories and if your feeling sad you can go to them

I will drink a glass of water, then go for a walk or tidy the house, just anything to distract my mind. I find it easier now. Sometimes the water is all that was needed.

I think it is a matter of how badly do you want to beat it but I have to admit when I reached my goal weight about a year and half ago I just stopped and felt it was over but I was wrong but this time I’ll keep in control 💪

bless you it's not easy is it, to be fair I am very habit driven and I have been able to convince myself that a ten cal jelly is a treat, so that works for me. maybe find the lowest calorie thing you like and make that the comfort meal. and think right this jelly is going to make me feel better ! Good luck

@mychoice, I set this goal in March. I’m going Zumba classes twice a week, working an hour three times a week with a trainer. Still, I notice that full body training shapes body, not enough in terms of losing weight so I also try to walk on training days. It’s been ups and downs but I’m trying. I’m really habit driven yet I hope I can keep it this way cause once I lose the track I can easily hop back on “eating routine” 😅

@nadia, when I’m sad I can keep balance but if I’m sad and angry then I don’t have the tolerance so I can find myself lazy and ordering food

I don't know what diet you are following but a low total carb Keto diet (under 20g) or zero carb carnivore diet stops the sugar/carb cravings. A good nutritionist Dr to follow is Martin Clinic on facebook.
