I havent been keeping up with this but I'm going to get back on it. Anyways, my weight hasn't gone past 170 yet but I'm working on it. Difficult sometimes when I don't have the energy for it.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
