Excellent day yesterday, biked, dieted, drank water, did crunches on my big ball.
Lost a little bit.
Today, I'm adding 9 vegs and fruit.
So far just blueberries.
158.4 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
