so after getting frustrated of not losing I decided to weigh myself this morning and I guess its paying off!! now to just keep on doing what I am doing and embrace each day as a new one is the key.....I've found so far that its easiest to take one day at a time and build on each day!
288.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
